Rosentreter House, Circa 1925

Location: 469 Seventh St

The home has many of the character defining features of the Craftsman bungalow style with its low-pitched front-gable roof, wide eaves and partial-width porch supported by tapered columns.

The home also has a minor Colonial Revival feature, the Palladian window prominently displayed on the front elevation. Other decorative elements include lozenge-and lattice-shaped panes on fixed or hopper windows on the north side of the house.
