Community Development Code Amendments Extending Allowance of Temporary Shelters in Commercial and Industrial Zones (LU 21-0068)

On Monday, November 8, 2021, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider proposed amendments to Lake Oswego Code (LOC) 50.03.005.4 to extend the allowance of temporary shelters in commercial and industrial zones limited to the months of October through May and not more than 180 consecutive days during years when Lake Oswego businesses are subject to an emergency or temporary State regulation related to the COVID 19 pandemic.
