Community Development Code Amendments Related to Seasonal Outdoor Dining Enclosures (LU 20-0019)

On Monday, July 27, 2020, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed amendments to Chapter 50 (Community Development Code) for the purpose of allowing seasonal restaurant enclosures (Nov. 1 – April 30) on private property in commercial zones.
