LU 15-0064: Lake Grove Village Center Overlay - Code Streamlining

Amendments to portions of the Lake Oswego Code (Chapter 50 – Community Development) for the purpose of streamlining and clarifying various code provisions related to the Lake Grove Village Center Overlay. Some of the provisions have been identified as having policy implications.

05/19/16

On Tuesday, May 17, 2016, the City Council adopted Ordinance 2709. The effective date of the ordinance is June 17, 2016.

05/05/16

The City Council held a public hearing on May 3, 2016, and tentatively approved the Planning Commission’s recommendation. The Council is scheduled to adopt their findings and conclusion together with a final ordinance on May 17, 2016.

03/15/16

At its meeting March 14, 2016, the Planning Commission approved the Findings, Conclusions and Order (the final recommendation) as amended. A link to Findings is available under "Key Documents" below.

The City Council study session is scheduled for April 19, 2016. The public hearing is tentatively scheduled for May 3, 2016.

02/23/16

On Monday, February 22, the Planning Commission opened the public hearing, accepted testimony, deliberated and made a preliminary recommendation that the City Council approve the proposed changes as amended during deliberations. The Findings, Conclusions and Order (the final recommendation) will be considered on March 14, 2016.
