LU 16-0001: Code Amendments to Implement the Lake Grove Village Center Parking Management Plan
A request from the City of Lake Oswego for text amendments to the Lake Oswego Community (LOC) Development Code for the purpose of implementing the Lake Grove Village Center (LGVC) Parking Management Plan (PMP).

On Tuesday, May 17, 2016, the City Council adopted Ordinance 2707. The effective date of the ordinance is June 17, 2016.

The City Council held a public hearing on May 3, 2016 and tentatively approved the Planning Commission’s recommendation. The Council is scheduled to adopt their findings and conclusion together with a final ordinance on May 17, 2016.

At its meeting March 28, 2016, the Planning Commission approved the Findings, Conclusions and Order (the final recommendation) as amended. Link to Findings is available under "Key Documents" below.
The City Council study session is scheduled for April 19, 2016. The public hearing is tentatively scheduled for May 3, 2016.

At its meeting on March 14, 2016, the Commission deliberated and made a preliminary recommendation that the City Council approve the proposed amendments as discussed during deliberations. The Findings, Conclusions and Order (the final recommendation) will be considered on March 28, 2016

At its meeting on Monday, February 22, the Planning Commission opened the public hearing and accepted testimony. The public testimony portion of the hearing (oral and written) was closed and the hearing was continued to March 14, for deliberations.
