LU 16-0042: Evergreen R-7.5 Overlay Revisions
An amendment to the Evergreen R-7.5 Overlay District code (LOC 50.05.002) to prohibit additional building height allowances for roof form projections. This code amendment is requested by the Evergreen Neighborhood Association and is intended to help implement the residential character objectives of the Evergreen Neighborhood Plan.

At its meeting on November 14, 2016, the Planning Commission approved the Findings, Conclusions and Order (the final recommendation). A link to the Findings is available under "Key Documents" below.
The City Council public hearing is scheduled for January 3, 2017.

On October 10, 2016, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and considered the proposed code amendments. The Commission accepted testimony, deliberated and made a preliminary recommendation that the City Council approve the proposed amendments. The Findings, Conclusions and Order (the final recommendation) will be considered on November 14, 2016.

On September 12, 2016, the Planning Commission held Work Session #1 with representatives of the Evergreen Neighborhood Association. The Commission reviewed their proposed code amendments to the Evergreen R-7.5 Overlay District in preparation for the Commission's public hearing scheduled for October 10, 2016.
