LU 21-0039: Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map Amendments - 18011 Stafford Road
The City of Lake Oswego and the Lake Oswego Parks Department are proposing amendments to the Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map to bring the site into the Urban Services Boundary (USB).The amendments are being proposed to bring the property within the City’s USB for connection to public utilities for future development of park improvements.The City Parks and Recreation Department’s current project for the proposed park improvements will be the subject of a future application and is not within the scope of this review.

At its meeting on Monday, November 22, 2021, the Planning Commission adopted the Findings, Conclusions, and Order, the final recommendation. A link to the adopted Finaings and the Notice of Planning Commission Recommendation are available in the Public Records File. The City Council public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, December 7, 2021. Only individuals who provided either oral or written testimony to the Planning Commission at its hearing are eligible to provide testimony at the City Council hearing. On Monday, November 8, 2021, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed map amendments. The public hearing notice is available in the Public Records File. The staff report will also be available in the "Public Records File" ten days prior to the hearing.
