LU 21-0068: Community Development Code Amendments Extending Allowance of Temporary Shelters in Commercial and Industrial Zones

The City of Lake Oswego is proposing amendments to Lake Oswego Code (LOC) 50.03.005.4 to extend the allowance of temporary shelters in commercial and industrial zones limited to the months of October through May and not more than 180 consecutive days during years when Lake Oswego businesses are subject to an emergency or temporary State regulation related to the COVID 19 pandemic.

At its meeting on November 8, 2021, the Planning Commission recommended Council approval of proposed amendment and adopted the Findings, Conclusions and Order (final recommendation).  A link to the adopted Findings is available in the Public Records file.
