Middle Housing Code Advisory Committee Meeting #4 Materials

The Middle Housing Code Advisory Committee (“MHCAC”)  will convene for their fourth meeting on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at 5:30 pm. The meeting material is now available, click here. 

The Committee will discuss and recommend code concepts to address Key Issue #3 (Stormwater) and Key Issue #2 (Scale and Character) as related to cottage clusters and townhouses. This work is just one part of the City’s broader efforts to adopt codes that comply with HB 2001 that are consistent with the community’s sense of place, neighborhood character, and livability.

This meeting will be held via Zoom, with videos of the meeting to be recorded and posted to the City website following the date of the meeting.
