Planning Commission Meeting - May 23, 2016

At the Planning Commission meeting on Monday, May 23, 2016, the Commission will hold a public hearing to consider LU 16-0009, a request from the City of Lake Oswego for text amendments to the Lake Oswego Community Development Code for the purpose of regulating marijuana facilities in the event that city voters reject the ban on marijuana facilities referred to the November 8th ballot.

Item 8.1, the annual meeting of the Commission for Citizen Involvement will follow the public hearing and is estimated to start at 8:30 pm or later.  The staff memo for this item will be available early next week.
