Planning Commission Public Hearing - Amendments to Community Development Code - Marijuana-Time, Place, Manner (LU 16-0009)

The Planning Commission has a public hearing scheduled for Monday, May 23, 2016, to consider a request from the City of Lake Oswego for text amendments to the Lake Oswego Community (LOC) Development Code for the purpose of regulating marijuana facilities in the event that city voters reject the ban on marijuana facilities referred to the November 8th ballot.
