Planning Commission Public Hearing - Amendments to Community Development Code - Psilocybin Time, Place & Manner Regulations (LU 23-0001)

The Planning Commission has a public hearing scheduled for Monday, June 12, 2023, to consider a request from the City of Lake Oswego for text amendments to the Lake Oswego Community (LOC) Development Code for the purpose of regulating psilocybin services and manufacturers.
