Planning Commission Public Hearing - Annual Community Development Code Amendments

The Planning Commission has a public hearing scheduled for Monday, November 14, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. to consider a request from the City of Lake Oswego for text amendments to the Community Development Code (CDC) related to Front Yard Averaging, Long Wall Planes, Accessory Structure setbacks, Open Space requirements, measurement points for setback planes, and fence and wall height and design standards.
