Planning Commission Public Hearing - Annual Housekeeping Amendments to Community Development Code (LU 14-0014A)

The Planning Commission has a public hearing scheduled for Wednesday, May 28, 2014, to consider a request from the City of Lake Oswego for legislative amendments to the Community Development Code (CDC) to update various sections in order to correct errors, eliminate text ambiguities and redundancies, and clarify code text.  There are 25 separate amendments, including the following:

  • Clarifying townhome use in the West Lake Grove – Residential Mixed Use (WLG-RMU) Zone
  • Clarifying the fourth floor in the Downtown Redevelopment Overlay District
  • Clarifying exceptions to the Garage Appearance and Location standards.
  • Clarifying applicability of the Front Yard Setback Plane to flag lots.
