Planning Commission Public Hearing - Commercial Code Streamlining - Amendments to Community Development Code (LU 15-0035)

The Planning Commission has a public hearing scheduled for Monday, July 25, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. to consider a request from the City of Lake Oswego for text amendments to the Lake Oswego Community (LOC) Development Code for the purpose of streamlining updates to the commercial/industrial use table (LOC Table 50.03.002-2), ensuring that the commercial standards are consistent with the updated Comprehensive Plan, and implementing the Use Table code amendments recommended in the Southwest Employment Area Plan.
