Planning Commission Public Hearing - Community Development Code Amendments to Design Variance Criteria in Downtown Redevelopment Design District (LU 17-0039)

The Planning Commission has a public hearing scheduled for Monday, July 24, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. to consider a request from the City of Lake Oswego for text amendments to the Lake Oswego Community Development Code (CDC or City code), clarifying and updating the design variance criteria for developments in the Downtown Redevelopment Design District. The proposal amends LOC 50.08.003.3 and 50.08.003.4.
