Planning Commission Public Hearing - Community Development Code Amendments Related to Secondary Dwelling Units (LU 18-0003)

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 9, 2018, to consider a request from the City of Lake Oswego for amendments to the Community Development Code (CDC) to amend the standards for Secondary Dwelling Units (SDUs), LOC 50.03.004.1.b.vi. (LU 18-0003).  The purpose of the amendments is to allow development of SDUs with fewer restrictions and a more efficient permit process.
