Planning Commission Public Hearing - Community Development Code Annual 2017 Amendments (LU 18-0007)

The Planning Commission has a public hearing scheduled for Monday, March 12, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. to consider a request from the City of Lake Oswego for annual text amendments to the Community Development Code (CDC) to correct cross-references, clarify standards, and address landscape waivers, permitted uses in Parks Plans, mid-week Farmer's Markets, courtyard size in DRDD, and the definition of Detached.  Amends: LOC 50.01.004.1; 50.03.002.1; 50.03.003.5; 50.03.005.5; 50.04.003.6; 50.05.001.5; 50.05.004.5, 8, 9 and 13; 50.05.007.4, 6 and 7; 50.05.010.5; 50.06.002.1; 50.06.003.3; 50.07.003.1 and 3; 50.07.007.1 and 3; and 50.10.003.2.
