Planning Commission Public Hearing - Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map Amendments - Carman Drive

The Planning Commission has a public hearing scheduled for Monday, February 10, 2014, to consider a request from Mike and Susan Foote (Applicants) and Richard Kent and Marleigh Mathiot (Owners) for a Comprehensive Plan and Zone Map amendment from Low Density Residential R-15 (R-15) to Low Density Residential R-7.5 (R-7.5).  The proposed R-7.5 zone would allow the same uses as the R-15 zone.
