Planning Commission Public Hearing - Isolated Tree Groves - Remand (LU 13-0062)

The Planning Commission has a public hearing scheduled for Monday, January 27, 2014, to consider a request from the City of Lake Oswego for amendments to the Community Development Code to change the criteria for designating and removing a Resource Conservation (RC) District.  In conjunction with the code amendments, the City is proposing amendments to the Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map to remove the existing RC District from 37 properties.  Use the link below to visit the land use webpage for LU 13-0062.
