Planning Commission Seeks Input on 2015 Goals

Posted Mon, 09/22/2014 - 4:43pm

The Planning Commission/Commission for Citizen Involvement are developing a set of goals for 2015. They are seeking input from the community regarding which goals should be pursued, which goals should be deferred or dropped, and how the goals should be prioritized from most important to least important. With community input, the Commission will recommend a set of 2015 planning goals, and will prioritize the goals for City Council review and direction at the City Council’s 2015 Goal Setting meeting in January.

The Commission invites the community to review the list of potential goals and provide feedback in one of the following ways:

  • Complete a brief online survey on Open City Hall, now through October 12.
  • E-mail your written comments to the Planning Commission’s attention, to imccaleb@ci.oswego.or.us.
  • Attend the Planning Commission’s October 27 work session to share your feedback during the citizen comment period. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, and the agenda will be available here a week in advance.
