Public Review Draft - Boones Ferry Road Nonconformities - Code Amendments (LU 17-0028)

Written comments are being accepted on the Public Review Draft until 12:00 pm on Friday, June 9, 2017.  Comments will be reviewed by the Planning Commission at a work session on June 26, 2017, prior to finalizing the amendments for the public hearing. There will be further opportunity for public testimony at the public hearing before the Planning Commission tentatively scheduled for August 14, 2017 and at the City Council public hearing which is expected to be scheduled in the fall.
