Public Review Draft of Community Development Code Amendments Related to Food Cart Pods in Limited Industrial Park Area (LU 16-0027)

The Planning Department is now accepting written comments on the Public Review Draft of development code standards for food cart pods in a limited industrial park area. All written comments received by 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, September 14, 2016, will be reviewed by the Planning Commission at a work session on September 26, 2016. There will be further opportunity for commenting at the public hearing before the Planning Commission scheduled for October 24, 2016 and at the City Council public hearing tentatively scheduled for December 6, 2016.
