You are invited to join us on Sunday, April 21, from 11:30 am to 3 pm, for the first annual Earth Day Event at Lake Oswego United Methodist Church, 1855 South Shore Boulevard.
Learn about sustainability from local businesses and organizations, what you can easily do, and how you can save energy and money while protecting our fragile environment. Exhibits and presentations will feature: Tryon Creek Park, Backyard Bird Habitat, Wild Bird Store, Master Recyclers, NW Earth Institute, Natural Step, Northwest Nativescapes, Clackamas County Energy Stewards, Sunlight Solar, Accent Lighting, Bull Mountain Heating & Cooling, Home Energy Audits, City of Lake Oswego Sustainability and Natural Resources Advisory Boards, and many more! Admission is free. A wonderful nature hike finishes off the day at 3:00.
