Oswego Lake Watershed Tour: Low-Impact Development Practices

Posted Wed, 09/11/2013 - 3:31pm

On Saturday, September 14, 2013, from 9am - noon, join Stephanie Wagner, Oswego Lake Watershed Council, and Erik Carr, Clackamas County Soil and Water Conservation District, for an interactive morning exploring watershed function and nature-friendly development practices in Lake Oswego. We will discover where our streams begin in our neighborhoods and look at ways the City and community members are working to keep our watersheds healthy.

Meet at the Uplands Elementary School covered play area (2055 Wembley Park Rd., Lake Oswego, OR 97034) to explore the headwaters of Springbrook Creek and investigate the connection to Oswego Lake and the Willamette River. Find more information and links to resources here.
