**If you'd like to speak on agenda item 7.1 - the Pickleball Courts at George Roger's Park, please fill out a request to speak card and give to the City Recorder at the meeting.  The Mayor will randomly select speakers from those that submit request to speak cards.  Written comments are strongly encouraged to ensure your comments are received by the Council.**  Email written comments to:  CouncilDistribution@lakeoswego.city
