02/17/2026 - Adoption of Findings 

On February 17, 2026, the CIty Council made their final decision and adopted Ordinance 2971.  The ordinance becomes effective on March 19, 2026.  A link to Ordinance 2971 is available in the Public Records Folder.


 

02/03/2026 - City Council Public Hearing

The City Council held a public hearing on Tuesday, February 3, 2026; 5:30 p.m., and tentatively approved the proposed amendments as discussed during deliberations. The City Council will make their final decision onTuesday, February 17, 2026.

02/03/2026 - City Council Public Hearing

The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 3, 2026; 5:30 p.m., to consider the proposed amendments.

01/13/2026

12/08/2025 - Continued Public Hearing

On December 8, the Planning Commission made a preliminary recommendation that the City Council approve the proposed amendments as discussed and directed staff to return with the draft Findings, Conclusions and Order for consideration at its next meeting on January 12, 2026.


 

11/17/2025 – Applicant’s Final Written Argument

The Planning Commission hearing on this project was continued to December 8, 2025 at 6:30 pm.

The applicant submitted their final written argument prior to the deadline of November 17, 2025 at 5:00 PM. This has been added to the project folder as Exhibit F-008.

11/10/2025 – Rebuttal Period Complete

The Planning Commission hearing on this project was continued to December 8, 2025 at 6:30 pm to allow for new written testimony.

The deadline to submit new testimony was November 3, 2025. Exhibits G-101 through G-104 and G-512 through G-520 were submitted during the new testimony period.

The deadline for rebuttal to new testimony was November 10, 2025. The rebuttal period is now over. Exhibits G-104 and G-521 through G-523 were submitted during the rebuttal period.

All exhibits have been added to the Public Records Folder.


 

10/28/2025 - Public Hearing Continued

The hearing on this project has been continued to December 8, 2025 at 6:30 pm to allow for new written testimony.

New written testimony is due no later than 5:00 pm on November 3rd.

Rebuttal to new testimony is due no later than 5:00 pm on November 10th.

Applicant’s final written argument is due by 5:00pm on November 17.
