Bulky Waste Drop-Off Event

The City of Lake Oswego and Republic Services are pleased to offer a free bulky waste drop-off event for Lake Oswego residents on Saturday, July 12. Items may be dropped between 9 am - 1 pm at the Republic Services/WRI Transfer Station, 10295 SW Ridder Road, Wilsonville.

This event provides an opportunity for Lake Oswego residents to dispose of large or unusual items that do not fit in curbside collection bins, such as dishwashers, stoves, dryers, water heaters, furniture, mattresses, scrap metal, and clean, untreated wood. There is no charge to dispose of items. 

The event does not accept appliances with freon, construction debris of any type, propane bottles or canisters, paint, batteries, solvents, thinners, household garbage, car tires, or yard debris. Please note that all fuel and oils must be emptied from lawn mowers and other gas-powered equipment. This event is for Lake Oswego residents only; items will not be accepted from commercial businesses.

Please note that participants will be responsible for unloading their own items from their vehicle.
