Community Meeting Spaces

The following is a list of known public and private meeting spaces available in Lake Oswego as of March 2022. For private meeting spaces, please contact the facility directly to confirm. The City does not sponsor or guarantee the accuracy of the availability of private meeting spaces.

City Facilities

Adult Community Center

City Hall (Community and Conference Rooms)*
*check the link to the right for scheduled meetings taking place at City Hall or email CityRecorder@lakeoswego.city for availability, fees and a copy of the Building Use Policy.  Afterhours or weekend requests must be submitted 14 days prior to the event along with the appropriate fees paid before reservation complete.

City Hall space allowable uses:
Class 1 - City Activities - City administrations, Council appointed Boards & Commissions, city-sponsored programs
Class 2 - Other Government Agencies, Groups and Activities Affiliated with City Business
Class 3 - Civic or Service Use - Community Organizations, Not for profit organizations, social clubs or religious institutions

Lake Oswego City Hall may not be used by indivuals or groups charging admission fees for the purpose of private monetary gain.
