Outside food & drink permitted. Please no hard alcohol/spirits. Wine/cider/beer only. We recommend bringing low sand chairs as seating is limited.

- Windward: First Street, underground parking garage is open to the public
- City Hall: 380 A Avenue, Parking lot is open to the public
- Public Parking Lot at State Street and Foothills Road near the Willamette Shore Trolley
- Public Parking Lot at State Street between A and B Avenue

The Norman Sylvester Band has played over 4000 gigs in their 40 years! They were at the first Waterfront Blues Festival in 1987, when a promoter gave them the opportunity to open for B.B. King at the Arlene Schnitzer Hall.
When Hillstomp members Henry Kammerer and John Johnson met in 2001 in Portland, OR, at one of Kammerer's solo shows, Johnson had never been that interested in the blues.
Mbrascatu is a cross-pollination of numerous influences from spaghetti Western, Eastern European immigrant dance music, psych rock, and folk to create a unique blend of sounds and musicality.
