Engineering Design Standards

The Engineering Design Standards were developed by the City of Lake Oswego’s Engineering Department. This document is intended to facilitate the planning, design and installation of public infrastructure to serve new and future developments and for reconstruction of existing facilities to upgrade existing infrastructure. The Design Standards are primarily intended for use by a Developer’s Design Engineer. However, they will also be used by Design Consultants under contract with the City for preparation of public infrastructure designs.
