2021 Community Survey Results

The City’s 2021 Community Survey, asked a question to help measure the community's support of an increase in funding for pedestrian safety facilities through an additional fee or bond. 60% of residents surveyed were 'very supportive' or 'somewhat supportive' of the increased funding.

When asked what infrastructure services should receive the most emphasis over the next two years, respondents' rankings were:

  1. Maintenance of neighborhood City streets
  2. Availability of pedestrian pathways in the neighborhood, and
  3. Availability of pedestrian pathways on major streets/routes

The City is prioritizing pedestrian improvements to align with Council goals and community priorities.
