Upgrading and Decommissioning of Drywells and Infiltration Trenches

Project Background and Scope 

This project includes decommissioning two drywells and one infiltration trench located on the west side of the city. In addition, seven drywells will be retrofitted to improve stormwater drainage.

Locations include:

• Upper Dr, near Boones Ferry Rd
• Access Lane behind McDonald’s, near 16088 Boones Ferry Rd
• Jean Road at Tualata Ave
• Erin Court, off Lakeview Blvd
• Lindsay Court, off Lakeview Blvd

Project Updates

September 2024:

All work is now complete on the project. Thank you for your patience! 

August 2024:

Major work is now complete. Miscellaneous restoration and cleanup is expected to be complete this month. 

May 2024:

Construction is almost complete. Restoration and cleanup will be starting in the next few weeks. 

April 2024:

Construction is expected to take place in May 2024, with restoration and cleanup in June.

Nearby neighbors should expect intermittent single lane closures during work hours (7 am – 6 pm) Monday to Friday. Jean Road work will take place from 9 am – 3 pm.
