Safety Concern Form

We want your help in making community streets a safer and more comfortable place. While staff work diligently on addressing issues that are spotted, we understand that we can’t catch everything. 

If you have a concern related to traffic, please use this form to report issues to us, such as:

• Safety concerns for pedestrians, bicyclists, drivers, or any other user of the public right-of-way
• Concerns about vehicle speeds
• Lack of infrastructure such as sidewalks, crosswalks, or speed humps
• Suggestions for improvements to street lighting, visibility at intersections, signage, or signal timing
