This league is for current High School students who are residents of Lake Oswego and/or currently attending a Lake Oswego 7J School District High School only.

Please note: Students currently rostered on a high school basketball team are not permitted to play in this league.

2025-26 Season Details

+ 6-game season | 2 bye weeks

+ Additional season tournament for qualifying teams

+ Weekends | 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

+ Regular season: December 13 - February 21   |   Tournament: February 28 & March 7

*No games 12/27 & 12/28, 1/3 & 1/4, 2/7 & 2/8*

+ Game Location: Lake Oswego Recreation and Aquatics Center (LORAC)
