Utility Invoices and Payment Options

Utility Billing sends out invoices every month, collects payments, and administers water, sewer, stormwater, and street maintenance fees. Visit www.lakeoswego.city/estatement and submit the completed authorization form.
 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Online Bill Pay: You can also review your utility account, history, and consumption here. To sign up, go to www.lakeoswego.city/pay. First time users will need their account number and dollar amount of last payment.  You can pay with MasterCard, VISA or Discover cards.

EasyPay:  If you prefer to use your checking or savings account, please fill out the EasyPay application and send it in to our office.

By Phone:  Have your account number and credit/debit card information ready.  Call 1-855-546-1359.

In Person:  Drop your payment off in the City’s secure 24 hour drop box - located inside the double doors on the back (parking lot) side of City Hall, 380 A Avenue. When paying with cash please visit the Finance Counter on the 3rd floor of City Hall for a receipt of payment.

By Mail:  The PO Box number for utility payments is different than the PO Box number used for the City's regular mailing address. You can send your utility payment with a check or money order to
