Programs in the Park -Make It! DIY Chia Pets & Pot Painting

Join your library friends at Rossman Park - just down the block from the library. During eight straight weeks of our Summer Library Challenge, we'll meet on Wednesday afternoons for programs and crafts. Drop-in as you wish, no registration necessary!
How can we improve upon nature? Likely impossible! But we can invite nature to be part of our creativity. Let's make art with what nature provides. This week you'll paint terra cotta pots and create your own "Chia pet" from grass seed, and watch their green hair grow in just a few days. You'll be using materials from nature to create a unique masterpiece. All supplies foraged and/or provided.
