Summer Library Challenge '25 is well underway!

LOPL Summer Library Challenge 2025 is going strong! Register online to join the fun and games! The all-ages challenge runs from June 1st through August 31st. www.lopl.org/summer

For kids: Sign up online at www.lopl.org/summer to track your summer reading, complete fun challenges, and enter your LO City Park scavenger hunt finds. Visit the Children’s Library for a FREE book just for signing up courtesy of the Friends of the Lake Oswego Public Library. Read all summer long and earn raffle tickets for our end-of-summer grand prize drawing. This program is available for kids entering 6th grade and under (babies, too!)

For teens: Teens entering grades 7-12 can sign up online at www.lopl.org/summer to track their reading, complete fun challenges, and enter scavenger hunt finds. Visit the Youth Services desk at the Library for a FREE book just for signing up, courtesy of the Friends of the Lake Oswego Public Library. Teens read all summer long and earn raffle tickets for a weekly drawing of $20 Powell’s gift certificates. 

For adults: Sign up at www.lopl.org/summer and log your reading online. Read books, attend events, and complete challenges to earn points. Every 60 points earned means another entry in our prize drawings. Participants will have opportunities to win a weekly gift card prize and one of several grand prize baskets at the end of the summer. After signing up, you’ll receive a weekly e-newsletter with Summer Library Challenge tips and encouragement, and you can pick up a registration kit of goodies at the Adult Services desk.
