We can provide copies of the City’s charter and ordinances (also available at the Lake Oswego Public Library), and are available for questions regarding the City’s laws and procedures.

City Attorney Ellen Osoinach

In December 2022, Lake Oswego City Council selected Ellen Osoinach as its new City Attorney. Most recently a Local Legal Initiative Attorney for the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press (RCFP), Ms. Osoinach began her new role on January 23, 2023.
