Lake Oswego Municipal Court handles most traffic tickets, code violations, and misdemeanor crimes originating in Lake Oswego.

Hours and Days of Operation
The Municipal Court is located on the 3rd floor of Lake Oswego City Hall at 380 A Ave, Lake Oswego Oregon, 97034.
The Court Clerk’s office is open for walk ins from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for inclement weather and legal holidays.
Court Schedule
Court is in session on Wednesdays beginning at 8:15 a.m. and continuing until all cases are heard. Late entry into your assigned court session is not permitted unless granted ahead of time by court staff.

The Municipal Court can answer questions about the court schedule, minimum fine amounts, deferral programs, and other administrative matters, but cannot give legal advice.
