ACC Trip Refund Policy
Each overnight trip offered by the ACC has distinct refund guidelines that depend on the reservation and cancellation policies of the respective hotels and accommodations involved. These policies can differ considerably, influencing the refund percentage based on your cancellation timing. Therefore, it is essential for participants to review the specific refund conditions for each trip when booking. Refund conditions for all overnight trips are determined by the reservation and cancellation policies of the individual hotels and accommodations. The timing of your cancellation in relation to these policies will affect the refund percentage you receive.
 
For all other trips, the following policy applies: Refunds are not available for trips with expenses prepaid by the ACC unless a replacement participant is found. Otherwise, trips are eligible for refunds in accordance with the standard Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation (LOPR) refund policy.
