In recognition of Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage month, Dan and Sharon will take you on a musical journey to several of the countries that make up the AANHPI. Come and enjoy music from these countries!
Sharon Gan is a piano teacher, composer, singer-songwriter, early childhood educator and music collaborator. Sharon grew up in Singapore known for its racially diverse population and melting pot of ethnic cultures. Daniel Velasquez is a composer, teacher, classical guitarist and orchestral bassist, whose music is an eclectic mix drawing from his worldwide music experiences.
This presentation is made possible by the Friends of the Lake Oswego Public Library. Admission is free and no tickets are required.
Seating is on a first come, first served basis. The library is located at 706 Fourth Street, Lake Oswego.
