HYBRID: BIPOC Women's Speaker Series at Mary's Woods: Tracey Lam
Join us for the final presentation in our BIPOC Women's Speaker Series! Over the course of this series, we've heard from accomplished, local BIPOC women as they answer the questions "What is your story? What are your passions?" This free community event will be held at Mary's Woods in the Dunn Community Center in Cascadia Hall (17520 Mesnard Street), and live-streaming will be provided by the West Linn Public Library (https://bit.ly/wlpl-youtube). Please note that Mary's Woods requires all guests to wear masks.
Parking Information: Enter Mary’s Woods campus on Holy Names Drive. Take your first left into the large parking lot. Drop-off location in front of the Dunn Community Center on Mesnard.
Our final speaker on Thursday, March 23 will be Tracey Lam, APR. Tracey is is an award-winning public relations professional who uses communications as a catalyst for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is the director of programs and communications at Partners in Divesity, a nonprofit organization that works with employers to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Tracey enjoys helping her community in varied ways. In 2014, she co-founded API Forward, a volunteer-run nonprofit dedicated to the education, leadership development, and advancement of Asians and Pacific Islanders. Current community service work includes serving on the board of Sport Oregon, the Diversity & Inclusion committee of the Public Relations Society of American Oregon Chapter, the Multnomah County Budget Advisory Committee, and the Oregon Public Broadcasting Community Advisory Board. We look forward to Tracey sharing her story and her passions with us.
