HYBRID: Just Breathe: A Mindfulness-Based Approach to Managing Stress and Anxiety, with Elizabeth Borelli
Feeling stuck or weighed down by negative thought patterns or anxiety? Lake Oswego resident and author Elizabeth Borelli will offer tips and techniques for using breathing to shift your focus and mindset, in a free presentation at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 10.
Drawing on material from her new book, Breathe Into Breakthrough: An Easy and Proven Process for Shifting Mindset, Overcoming Obstacles, and Achieving Your Goals, Elizabeth's presentation will center on principles of mindfulness-based stress reduction and emotional intelligence. As Elizabeth says, "Participants are welcome to engage or just listen; either way they'll leave with tools and inspiration for breaking through negative thinking patterns."
