HYBRID: Translating Literature with Eddie Song
Join us for an enlightening afternoon with Eddie Song, a distinguished English to Chinese translator from Taiwan with over 30 years of experience, as he takes us on a captivating journey through the world of translation and literary collaboration.

Eddie Song is not only a long-time Lake Oswego resident, but also a Lake Oswego Public Library supporter. He has generously donated over a dozen of his Traditional Chinese translations to the library's World Languages Collection, including the graphic novel "Maus" by Art Spiegelman and "The Orchid Thief" by Susan Orlean.
