Kevin has been in the water management / irrigation industry for over 40 years. He has worked installing and maintaining irrigation systems in agriculture, the commercial industry, zoos and residential applications. Kevin’s expertise includes design and installation of systems utilizing alternative water sources and “Green Roof” applications. Kevin is an authorized instructor for the Irrigation Association and in addition, teaches workshops, College courses and makes presentations regionally and nationally on topics of water management. He has presented at conferences for the American Water Works Association, Portland General Electric, and the Association of Zoo Horticulturists as well as numerous local and state events.
Kevin’s goal is to educate people and businesses on the importance for good stewardship of water and to provide simple, practical methods that can be employed to help them manage their water use more efficiently. Currently, and for the last 15 years, Kevin works as the Water Conservation Specialist for the City of Lake Oswego, OR., and has recently expanded his duties to serve the LO/Tigard Water Partnership as well.
