Library Closed Until Friday, 2/19

Tuesday, February 16, 2021 - 3:00pm to Thursday, February 18, 2021 - 7:30pm

Posted February 17:  Lake Oswego Public Library in-person services are closed until Friday, due to damage from the ice storm.  The library’s electrical connection to the power grid sustained significant damage, and it will take a number of weeks before PGE can respond.  In the meantime, we are working to connect the library to generator power in order to restore and maintain operations until repairs can be made.  City staff expect the library generator will be running for a number of weeks.

Library staff are answering phones and emails remotely until they can safely return to the building.  Holds will not expire and due dates will be extended during this closure, for the convenience of library members.  Please check our website at www.lopl.org and/or follow us on social media for the most up-to-date information about library services and hours.
