LinkedIn Learning (previously known as Lynda.com)  is a premier online learning resource offering more than 13,000 courses covering technical skills, creative techniques, business strategies, and more.

Study in-demand skills including Cloud Computing, Python, DevOps, Data Science, Excel, Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, Project Management, Job Hunting and Computer Literacy.

Lessons are available in English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese and Mandarin.

LinkedIn Learning is available free through Lake Oswego Public Library for LINCC Library card holders, whose home library is Lake Oswego.

To access:

  1. Go to Lake Oswego's LinkedIn Learning page

  2. If you are accessing from inside the library, no sign-on is necessary

  3. If you are accessing from home, select “get Started” or “Sign in with your library card”

  4. Enter your library card number and four-digit PIN (If you don't know your PIN, try the last four of your phone number) and click “Log In”

  5. If asked for a Library ID, enter lakeoswego (make sure it is all lower case)

  6. Enjoy unlimited access!

Logging into LinkedIn Learning on a Mobile Device: 

  1. Download the LinkedIn Learning app for iOS or Android from your device’s app store

  2. Once downloaded, open the app

  3. Enter the email address and password you used to create your LinkedIn account online or sign up for a new account now. You may be asked for your library card number and four-digit PIN (If you don't know your PIN, try the last four of your phone number)

  4. Enjoy unlimited access!

Note: Continuing Education Unit certificates are unavailable through LinkedIn Learning for Libraries and it is not currently possible to connect to your personal LinkedIn account through LinkedIn Learning for Libraries.
