Join us for an engaging Zoom workshop where we will learn what stress is, how the body responds to stress, and how we can manage stress. We will learn about a variety of tools including nutrition for stress management, movement, and other modalities. Stress is very common today and can wreak havoc on our immune system, health, and well-being. 0% to 80% of primary care physician appointments may include a stress-related ailment, and 44% of Americans report an increase in psychological stress over the past 5 years.
