Quilting Workshop: Hand Sewn & Pieced Hexagons

Sunday, January 12, 2025 - 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Join us for a delightful quilting workshop lead by librarian Adriene Garrison.  In this workshop, participants will learn how to hand sew and piece fabric hexagons, or "hexies," that can be used in a variety of projects. This historical craft is not only fun and satisfying but also portable and a great way to use fabric scraps.

This class is designed for participants aged 13 and up, and no sewing experience is needed. All materials are provided, and the program is free of charge. Due to limited space, the event is limited to 10 people, first come first serve.

The library is located at 706 Fourth Street, Lake Oswego. For more information, please contact ayounglove@lakeoswego.city or by email by phone at 503-534-5667.
